My Early Morning Routine
As I've said before I definitely would consider myself as an "early bird" haha. I feel like I am the most productive and overall happier when I wake up at the crack of dawn and get things done. This routine that I'm about to talk about is my everyday routine during quarantine/ summer, my school routine although is a little bit different. Comment down below if y'all would want a version of my high school morning routine as well!
And now without further ado...
My Morning Routine:
5:50 am - my alarm goes off and it's time for me to start my day!
6 am - I put my workout clothes on and do 3 Chloe Ting workouts(currently I am doing her 2020 summer shred challenge and I absolutely love it!)
6:40 am - After my workout, I take my vitamins and then shower.
7 am - My Mom, Sis, and I do our favorite yoga flow. We are still doing Ally Maz's flow and love it!
7:30 am - After yoga, we take our dog, Layla for a walk around the neighborhood.
8 am - Its breakfast time! I brew some coffee and either have a yogurt bowl, oatmeal, or banana pancakes for breakfast! My family and I visit with each other and eat out on the deck.
8:45 am - After I finish breakfast I relax and read a few chapters of my book, so I can start my day off on the right foot! I'm currently reading The Choice by Nicolas Sparks.
9 am - After a few minutes of peaceful reading I get dressed and am ready to start the rest of my day!
